If Anya was a body part at RedSeed, she’d be the heart. The content within our sales training has been developed, nurtured and refined by Anya...forged in her experiences working within New Zealand and Australian retail environments.

Having been a trainer for 7 years within Hallensteins Glassons, she understands the sales process, how to communicate it, and how to make it stick. Realising she was able to offer more to the field of training than her role allowed, Anya left to launch Enhance Training in 2002, where she was in high demand as a consultant to local and nationwide businesses. Although she retained a core focus on sales and increasing revenue, she also developed a recruitment centre, developed and launched a young executive programme, and began creating interactive training. It was at this stage she started working with creative firm The Plant.

Initially developed as a CD Rom, Anya and the team at The Plant developed an interactive sales training programme for Kiwi companies, that addressed the frustrations with the existing training opportunities in the market. When the inevitable move to an online platform occurred, RedSeed was born, and after 2 years of development a prototype was delivered to the market in 2008.

Anya was educated at The University of Otago, and has over 15 years of sales training experience with some of New Zealand’s most successful companies. She has become one of New Zealand’s leading and most respected sales trainers.
