Can I use RedSeed to deliver other training to my business?

Yes. If you can think it, we can make it happen.

If you want your team to get information that is consistent, current and customised to your business, this is the way to deliver it. Once you are using one RedSeed training programme you can utilise the platform to deliver any other training to your organisation. Induction, Product Knowledge and other bolt-ons are already being delivered to current clients.

What are the Browser requirements to run RedSeed?

Our training courses are online, so you’ll need a broadband connection as there’s plenty of video content. We also recommend the latest versions of either Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer, along with Flash and Java installed.

Please note that IE6 is now around 9 years old. That makes it 4 years older than YouTube, and 3 years older than FaceBook, so maybe it’s time for an upgrade?

Where can I find product support?

If you are a current RedSeed customer full email support is provided. Support tickets are dealt with immediately, and we continue to strive for excellence in support attention.

Will new features become available?

We are constantly developing and are dedicated to the exploration of new ideas and existing features, and take our development roadmap directly from what the customer base is most in need of. As the product is a hosted service all existing customers will receive any and all future interface and usability updates for free.

Yes - RedSeed hosts the entire programme and application. This means you’ll always be up to date, running the latest version, and benefitting from all future updates to the RedSeed product.

Is RedSeed secure?

Yes - access to the ‘Training Mode’ and the ‘Marking and Admin Mode’ is via secure username and password combination. Every RedSeed user has their own account.
